We hired Carpet Caravan for a flooring install as recommended by our realtor. We generally had a good experience but for assistance with issues that popped up post install. We did use reclaimed wood for sustainability purposes, and we knew that was harder to work with. I had the floors done in 2 of my bedrooms and they were quick, well prepared, and did a wonderful job!
Quality product, knowledgeable, fast and excellent customer service.
I was very pleased with the level of service and effort to find a product and price that we were comfortable with. The installation was high quality and the crew was very detail orienated and helpful. Highly recommend.
