I’ve used Carpet Caravan before, and when it was time to replace the carpet in my home again, there was no question that I would call them. We've had Carpet Caravan install different flooring projects in our offices as we've expanded, and it's been phenomenal. The last one was a beautiful carpet for our conference room and it was super reasonable and done on time. Jerry and the gang there are terrific and we'll be doing more projects for sure.
We hired Carpet Caravan for a flooring install as recommended by our realtor. We generally had a good experience but for assistance with issues that popped up post install. We did use reclaimed wood for sustainability purposes, and we knew that was harder to work with. However, some of the post install issues (like nails popping through boards and a couple cracking boards) were met with suggestions that the issues were not warrantied, even though we went back through communications and could not find that directly communicat... read more
