Massi was highly accommodating and communicative during a period of some trades slipping on schedule and was only a call away to discuss options. We love our carpet, many of our visitors comment on how lovely it is and the installers did an excellent job. Pricing was competitive. To describe the overall experience in one word “easy”
Went to a few different flooring shops in Prospect. Massi stood out from the pack. His knowledge in flooring and colour co-ordination was second to none. Flooring got installed today and we are so happy with the look. Defintely recommend Massi for all your flooring needs.
