The staffs, Jim and Rebecca are very friendly and knowledgable. They were not pushy at all and willing to share their suggestion and knowledge. Definitely should give them a try.
This store is now under New Management and we couldn't be more happier with service we received today very friendly extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable highly recommend Carpet Call Moe.
If I could do a minus 10 I would. He doesn't deserve even one star. The most appalling lack of customer service I've ever experienced. I have been waiting five weeks now for my flooring to be laid. I've been told "you didn't let us put the heater on to dry out the flooring so it's delayed" nice way to speak to a customer. Why not blame them. Hell its only a $8000. Job.
