Carpet Call ferntree Gully looked after me so well. From walking in the door Corey helped me with what I was after as I wasn’t sure about what carpet I was after. We arranged an appointment for the following day. Brad came out and honestly he was superb. He was nothing but lovely to myself and my dog. I have recently had the best customer service I can remember with carpet call. I brought quite an expenisve rug online which I didn't think fit in the space in my home properly and the Ferntree Gully store allowed me to return it and try another 2 different rugs, taking them home and seeing how they looked, before I made my final decision.
