If anyone comes across this, I strongly suggest thinking twice before choosing Carpet Call. Would you buy a loaf of bread from Kmart? That’s honestly how our experience felt. When it comes to blinds and curtains, we found Carpet Call to be extremely overpriced. We paid $16,000 during a Black Friday sale for 14 sheers, 3 plantation shutters, and 9 blockout curtains. We had Hybrid flooring installed by Carpet Call Cranbourne. Tradesman gave notice of arrival and showed up on time. Great job and we are very happy with it from start to finish. No complaints at all.
We highly recommend Carpet Call in Cranbourne. I spoke with Brad the State Manager and he was very quick and efficient in arranging somebody to provide a quote for us, which happened to be on the same day.
