Seeing all the positive reviews, I tried to contact them to replace my carpet. It’s been 3 months and 3 times of calling. Each time they take my number, name and address and they tell me someone will come the following week for an initial assessment but no one has turned up yet! I’m just done with this crap treatment. Going to give my work to some needy small local business who will get the work done for me !

I'd like to say a huge thank you to the kind hearted man who helped me. I'm so sorry I didn't get his name - he had a shaved head and was probably Middle Eastern? He is such a lovely and helpful person. I recently built a new house and have a problem with a laminate floor plank, and decided to get matching spares in case a repair is ever needed.
