Great customer service, awesome job on cleaning the carpets - they look brand new! Perfect for us as we are selling our home and needed the house spotless for staging/showings. Reasonably priced and quick to respond. I am still waiting on quotes from other companies and Carpet Buddy have already come in and cleaned the carpets! I hired carped Buddy to do my floors and they were prompt and did a good job. I paid the person on site via etrans as he asked and thought that was the end of it. I saw today that Carpet Buddy charged me again for the service. This is a large amount for a single mother out of pocket who was counting on that money for March break. I got my carpets done today for my home ( all bedrooms and stairs) from Ahyan in Ottawa, he is the best he gave his full time, tried to take off all the dirt and stains. Absolutely recommended for best services. Definetly I will book him again for future and suggest in my zone. I am happy that he did his best.
