We used Carpet Boss to clean our carpets and was very happy with the results. He was available on short notice and did a wonderful job. I would recommend him to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.
While Paul was professionally mannered, the carpet was not completely clean upon his leaving. We found brown spots apparently from his machine. It took 5 applications of Resolve and scrubbing by hand to get it out. I called to inform him about it, got his answering machine and left the message. Over 30 hours later, no word from him. I would not recommend him.
Great Service – Paul from Carpet Boss did a great job on our carpets and tile. He was available in short notice, kept communication with us, professional, and timely. He squeezed us in his busy schedule since we were in a time crunch to get our carpets done - but did not speed through the job to get done faster. He spent quality time on our carpets and also our tile. The carpets and tile look great! I will definitely be calling Paul the next time I need my carpets done!
CARPET BOSS EXCELS – Paul, from Carpet Boss delivered us with the best experience we have ever had. He was timely, professional, and efficient. He cleaned our carpet and really worked on the areas that needed extra TLC. Our carpet looked GREAT! Carpet Boss Delivers great experience! – Paul from Carpet Boss responded to our call quickly and was very flexible with our schedule. Even though the company name is carpet boss it was the tile cleaning that stood out. I am not taking anything away from the very professional job he did on the carpet but the tile looks like it was installed last week. It is truly amazing.
