We tried buying some flooring here a couple years ago, and we finally got disgusted with the runaround tactics. Drove by yesterday while checking out the other stores behind the grocery store... this store is no longer there, I guess enough people decided to take their business elsewhere, not surprised at all

Very knowledgeable staff and we have enjoyed the flooring so far.....big hang up is the salesman sold us the Armstrong flooring and said the 30 year warranty would soon be grandfathered into a lifetime warranty. He was wrong. When approached, he said 30 years was good. Said he would rather take the material back and pay a restocking fee than give us a discount that took the 30 year guarantee into consideration.
