I ordered a custom carpet from Carpet Barn, I had a problem with the rug. Carpet Barn was very responsive and took care of the issue . I would never expect that customer service from a big chain . Salesperson showed a lack of interest .. everything seemed like a bother .. no follow up .. no cooperation .. no service .. very disappointed
We returned to Carpet Barn for assistance with replacement of residential carpeting that they had provided for us many years ago.
