We returned to Carpet Barn for assistance with replacement of residential carpeting that they had provided for us many years ago. While selecting carpeting, the showroom assistance and technical information that we received from Bill Gasson was very helpful. Thereafter, Bill shepherded coordination of field measurement in our home and the placement of our actual order. My Mom wanted to put carpet in the living room, dinning room and hallway. She wanted to go to the Carpet Barn as another place she went to she didn't like the women's attitude. We were warmly greeted by Bill Gasson. He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He brought the samples to my Mom as she has some mobility issues. Our entire experience with Carpet Barn was wonderful. Bill Gasson was an honest no pressure salesman who walked us through the process so we could understand the different brands, quality and costs. He even showed us the difference in padding. The installation process was perfect. The team had to move eight beds, dressers and tables.
