My mother purchased 2 sets of stair runners for her home from Bill , she asked me to compliment him and the installation man.Also indicated choosing cotton binding of her choice really compliments her selection of carpet beautiful Godfrey Hirst on Sale material. Salesperson showed a lack of interest .. everything seemed like a bother .. no follow up .. no cooperation .. no service .. very disappointed
We returned to Carpet Barn for assistance with replacement of residential carpeting that they had provided for us many years ago. While selecting carpeting, the showroom assistance and technical information that we received from Bill Gasson was very helpful. My Mom wanted to put carpet in the living room, dinning room and hallway. She wanted to go to the Carpet Barn as another place she went to she didn't like the women's attitude. We were warmly greeted by Bill Gasson. He was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He brought the samples to my Mom as she has some mobility issues.
