I can only give them a 3, was hoping for more, but because they didn't properly feather the floor and laid the new vinyl over existing vinyl and then over concrete, there is a noticeable difference when walking on the floor. The floor is beautiful, but I can tell when walking on it that it is not even/level. Also, where the floor meets the wall, at one part there is such a big gap that you could actually stick your pinkie under the baseboard, that's how much difference there was in the leveling of the floor.
