Steve and his technician saved the day and my carpet! When another company was not able to do the job, I called Carpet and Upholstery Steam Cleaning and Steve was able to send a technician to clean my carpet within an hour. The technician was friendly, professional and brought my 13 year old carpet back to life in time for the arrival of my new furniture. Thank you both - I sincerely appreciate it!
Steve and his team helped me out on short notice when one of my young children vomited on our sofa. They were able to arrive within hours of my contacting them, were polite and professional, left the sofa looking brand new, and billed me the agreed upon price. Amazing service- thank you again!
