Very poor handling of customer concerns. Issues were ignored, and no effort was made to fix the problems or satisfy the client.
I had a very positive experience with Carpet and Upholstery Steam Cleaning. I was eager to schedule carpet cleaning promptly, and Steve, the owner, was very responsive and able to fit me into their schedule within the week. They arrived punctually and provided a reasonable quote. Steve and his co-worker worked efficiently and did an excellent job removing salt stains, coffee stains, and other spots throughout our office suite. Steve and technician Nick were so professional. Their website quote request doesn’t work however they are very responsive via telephone and texts. They used eco friendly products and were keen on accommodating for smaller jobs. Regardless, they were able to provide extra services to make the post steam experience non toxic smelling and fresh. Nick was a gentleman helping with moving heavier items due to seeing injuries I had. Thank you for the helpful and professional job. Highly recommend!
Steve offered friendly & timely service, good results, & decent pricing….would recommend!
My couch and mattresses were in very bad condition.. unfortunately missed to take before and after pics but the results are very satisfying. Steve provided efficient and professional service. I will definately recommend and plan to use his services in future.
