They spent time answering my questions about how they cleans carpets. I also liked that they had all natural cleaning solutions and didn't drench my carpets with water like other carpet cleaners do. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Great work for a great price!!!
They did a great job quick, professional and quiet. My couch rug look and smell great! They were informative throughout the process as well! I called last minute and they worked for my schedule which was short notice.
Reasonably priced and great service!!! The technicians were very friendly, honest and caring. He is reliable, on-time and worked hard to ensure carpet was stretched and fixed properly. I was extremely impressed by their service and the quality of work.
I had been receiving robotic calls all week from " Dave your local carpet cleaner" I am on the FTC do not call list. So when I spoke to a live rep they would not give me a name...second time I spoke to a rep I tried to get a name...well after my 6th time recieving a phone call (not including the 4 other voicemails) I was able to track the robo calls to this company and I managed to speak to an employee who was kind enough to admit the robo calls over my cell recording were from them.
