The team did an excellent job cleaning our wall-to-wall carpets in Lowell. Our five-year-old carpets now look and smell fresh again, just like new. They removed all signs of pet stains completely. We are very happy with the quality of their carpet cleaning and the great customer service. We got a call when Eric was on his way, and another call after the job was done to make sure we were satisfied.
