best carpet cleaning experience we've ever had! we had a really big mess on one of our carpets, so bad we even thought about replacing it. i called carpet 4 u and jalen came out the same day to check things out. after looking at the carpet, he told us he could get it cleaned up really well. he explained the cleaning steps and what to expect. colin and eric came by the next day and did a fantastic job. they were very professional and polite, and we were really happy with their work. they mentioned that a few stains might show... read more

Thank you so much, Jalen and the team! My apartment had a strong pet odor from my cat, and the smell just wouldn't go away. Now, after the carpet cleaning, my home smells fresh and clean, and there are no more stains. For the first time, I'm excited to ask my husband to take off his shoes when he gets home. Jalen was friendly, did a careful job, and really knew what he was doing. The service was right on time and the price was excellent. I will absolutely recommend them and use them again!
