He was very professional and took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do, why he used his methods, and how it was better than the big chain carpet cleaners. I left my home in Lowell for a few hours while he got to work on my carpets, vinyl kitchen floor, and basement tile floor. This aint it... They brought my rug back still wet and smelling musty. The number they give you to call is out of service. Honestly, I thought was being scammed until I got a random text saying they were gonna drop the rug off.

I have two big dogs who spend a lot of time indoors. They used to bring in a lot of mud, and it made my carpets dirty and the house had a strong smell.
