Started out needing help, Christopher asked me to call back within 2 hours because he was busy to which I did. He didn't answer when I called him and didn't answer when I called him twice after that, I was instead forwarded to his voicemail. No Customer skills whatsoever. Thanks for the Help./sarcasm.
