Mr. Bruce Carpenter is the nicest person. I had my driver who was scheduled to crossdock in his warehouse at 9am today but never showed. I decided to go there myself but it was already late (6pm) and he was there waiting for my truck. He is true to his word, and experienced. I wish I can have a coffee time with him one day and discuss about many things in transport business and life in general. I can learn alot from him.
