Carpenters was almost half the cost of some of the higher quotes we received from other shops for 4 new all season tires. So we went with Carpenters and had the new tires put on a few weeks ago. Last night we realize one of the tires is flat. Yikes. We call this morning, they get us right in, found that a rusty screw was the culprit, and told us they could patch it no problem. My girlfriend and I debated back and forth on leaving this review, we didn’t really want to because she and her late father have been coming here for years but in the end we thought they earned this 1 star review. She took her car in it needed to get inspected. When she called and made the appointment they said all seasons at $150/tire installed. I had her specifically as if that price was INSTALLED and they said YES. The tires they put on were almost $200 a piece and they charged $100 to put them on. That’s $300 more than w... read more
Always professional. They have taken care of my car for years, including my tire purchases. When I have an issue with a tire, I call Larry - he always gets me in right away, they fix it and say have a nice day. When I ask about the charge I am always told - you bought them here, we take care of them at no charge. Now that, to me, is a company who takes care of their people.
