We contracted this company to install a black chain link fence. We gave him half the money as deposit. He got materials and delivered them to our house, then asked for an additional $600 stating that the materials costed more money than he originally thought. No problem, didn't increase our total owed. Then the next day (a Sunday) he asked my husband to go to an ATM and get cash so he could pay some workers he had working on our job. We got a fence quote from Tony that we thought was reasonable and Tony asked us for a $200 retainer fee which we paid to him. Two days later we got a material invoice that was $2,000 more than Tony quoted due to his error when he figured out how long each piece of fence was. When we told Tony that we no longer wanted to do the fence we asked for the $200 back and he agreed.
