Prepared and registered a non-warranty with a total lack of due diligence. Never confirmed any of the inaccurate information and failed to verify alleged signatures. Then bragged that he was only paid to register the document and that he had no responsibility for the veracity of the document he legally filed. A totally insipid and arrogant man lacking in professional conduct. Needs to go back to Mercer College for some rework.
After taking payment to write a letter (which he did do) we decided after consulting with him to file a suit. He didn't file the paperwork, and refused to respond to my letters and calls. To this day I don't know why he refused to return my calls. He could have just told me he didn't want to work with me. He could have referred me to another attorney. But he just refused to communicate with me after three very nice meetings with him. Did he die? Did he retire?
