Carpenter is one of the only true cow vets left and we are so thankful for their service. It’s hard to get a call back these days after hours or on weekends, & Dr Heather called and met me in the barn to fix up a mama cow we had that was having trouble. They are smart, down to earth and easy to talk to and their prices are very fair for the work they do. Their setup is perfect and they have a great system for loading and unloading large animals. Everyone at Carpenter Vet clinic have always been extremely kind and helpful. I so appreciate their dedication and concern for are dogs, cats and livestock.
I have taken my dog in more than once and they didn't address the issues I brought her in for. I've also taken my pet in and they requested i bring her in for same reason as the initial problem, wanting to charge me for another office visit. They are polite but do not do sufficient exams. I've brought my pet in for over 4 years know and ask to charge a flea treatment, only 15 days til payday. They said No. Since I've given them over 4 hrs of business and always paid up front I shout they would have established a trust worthy... read more
