If you carw about your health don't come to her. She is egotistical, very rude and her office won't ever answer the phone nor message you back. Very lazy. All you will get from her is your prescriptions not filled and someone that'll talk over you. Very sad that this women treats others like she does.i have no reason to lie.
I have utilized Carpenter Healthcare for years and I have always been pleased with the customer service, wait time and responsiveness of the Healthcare professionals.
Im deciding to change doctors because i feel as if Dr. Carpenter doesn't really listen to what my issues or concerns are. Its like she talk over me and try to be right everytime with an attitude. Its always an straight face no smile or concern. I don't feel heard with her at all. My pap smear is always the worst because she always try to compare it to a "penis" and when trying to explain to her its very uncomfortable she responded "aren't you having sex". She was very rude to me and i wouldn't recommend her to no one.
Every is nice there ..they get u in & out in no time....the nurse is very nice & explain everything to u .....everyone is nice ; I'm not gonna change my pcp for nothing
