This office charged us twice for the mediation fee instead of charging the other party their half. When we caught this, we were questioned by the receptionist about why we didn't notice sooner, like it was our fault that they did this. The receptions was very cold and disrespectful, flat out rude. We only didn't notice because we were told on the day of mediation that we still hadn't paid (which we did 2 months earlier) and we either had to pay right then and there or the mediation was cancelled. Lynn?? The “office manager” is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken too, including my ex wife! I called to ask questions about my upcoming mediation, she was very rude and short. Cutting me off and then hanging up on me! For what reasons, I can’t tell you. I try to call back and make payment, and she won’t answer my put of state number. Probably on purpose, I’m about to call from a spoofed 719 and she will probably answer. What a joke
