Probably one of the worst places to go , you get your allergy testing done they tell you you get a serum made and you don’t hear from them for three months every time you call they say oh I will give him a note or oh we’ll have to call you back They can come up with every excuse in the book definitely will take my business somewhere else.
We really appreciate Carpenter health and the help we’ve been givin. Carol is an awesome receptionist, very caring and personal! Keep up the good work!
Worst time management business I've ever had to deal with. I routinely come in a bit early to my scheduled time and proceed to wait over 30-45 minutes before I finally get seen for my shots. "Oh we had a few walk-ins/allergy testing so Jacqlyn is behind." So to hell with me and my scheduled appointments then eh? Ya'll seriously need to get this business together and either hire another nurse to keep up with appointments or stop accepting walk-ins that knowingly tie up the nurse responsible for 90% of the workload and appoint... read more
