Worst time management business I've ever had to deal with. I routinely come in a bit early to my scheduled time and proceed to wait over 30-45 minutes before I finally get seen for my shots. "Oh we had a few walk-ins/allergy testing so Jacqlyn is behind." So to hell with me and my scheduled appointments then eh? Ya'll seriously need to get this business together and either hire another nurse to keep up with appointments or stop accepting walk-ins that knowingly tie up the nurse responsible for 90% of the workload and appoint... read more
Receptionist always has a better than YOU attitude, Todd will listen at first but when you let him know that you know your body better than him, he'll fire you. The negative reviews are correct.
Todd has consistently shown a dedication to delivering quality medicine to the average person. He actively participates in the conversation with your concerns, offers thoughts and possible solutions, doesn’t hesitate to order labs even to rule out things he doesn’t suspect, is willing to prescribe medications as necessary and not dismiss concerns.
