Upfront there were significant delays due to staffing issues on their end and a frustrating lack of communication. However, once the project was started, Marcus worked to ensure completion in a timely manner providing regular updates, and the team was responsive to adjustments and corrections that needed to be made.
I could go on and on and on about why I’ll never use this business ever again. First, they took MONTHS to finish a small bathroom, and I mean months. Only showed up 1-2 days out of the 5 days in a week it could’ve taken them. They would’ve been done a lot sooner if they would’ve just been here everyday. They weren’t even here for half of a day.
