There is nothing that can make this company better, they are horrible and should save themselves and everyone else time and frustration by closing.
I called this company to give me a quote on a fairly large pruning job. The rep. came to our house and we walked through the property. He said he'd deliver a quote probably the next day. Repeated phone calls all ended with him saying he'd misplaced the paperwork, but he'd get us the quote right away. He never did. Something very weird was going on. I'd stay away from them.
