I had provided my plans for a quote. I wasn’t asked any questions about which area I was wanting a quote for (it was just going to be a small laundry). A few days later I received an email saying they were too busy to assist. I understand the high demand at the moment however I wasn’t even asked any questions about what I was wanting or when I was looking to have the job done. I was willing to wait until they had the capacity however I wasn’t even given that option. Will not be recommending this company.
