Sure hope they have a good service manager, Richard and Clayton were unethical and unprofessional.
If you need service on a Class A RV in Texas, this is the place! The staff is knowledgeable, courteous and honest. So many shops will not work on disel pushers, but for Carpenter, no job is too big or small. Even if you have to drive hundreds of miles to get there, it is worth it for the money you will save, and to have your coach fixed right the first time. Best RV and bus service in the state, if not the entire US. 5 stars is not enough for this place!!!!!!
