SEVERE LACK OF BASIC MANORS &CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! Colleen Carpenter was UNFRIENDLY & JUST PLAIN RUDE on the phone acting like annoyed and like she had better things to do than deal with any of my concerns or answer any of my simple questions and Even hung up on me. ☹️

My wife made an appointment with this shop SEVEN weeks ago. A woman called her today to tell her she needs to reschedule to the end of August. The reasoning behind it is because a regular customer had more damage to her vehicle, and that she was old. So the woman in the phone explained that they need to take care of the other customer first, and then they could maybe get to us.
