A delight and a treat. The food was quick flavorful and beautiful. I should have took pictures but I'm gonna encourage you to go see for yourself. Service was amazing so glad we randomly dropped in.
We chose CarpeVinum 121 for a special date night last evening. We were craving a Cobb salad and Chef Kyle nailed it. We tried several sides of eggplant, tomato, cabbage and wings. They were all very delicious. Next we tried the ribeye tomahawk. That knocked it out of the park! Chef Kyle is incredible! Our server, Samantha, was very professional, kind and informative. She made us feel welcome and was so helpful in serving and ordering. We will definitely visit again soon.

Absolutely fantastic find. Salisbury really needed a restaurant like this! The server was great, really taking pride in what she does. Incredibly informative about the menu, friendly, thorough, and completely elevated the experience. I can’t remember her name but she said she just celebrated her one year anniversary working there.
