I've been seeing Jessica for years. She does a very nice job on my hair and is friendly and welcoming, which is a bonus. Thanks for the many years of wonderful service, Jess!
Literally the WORST experience. Not only did Jessica ruin my hair, she refuses to fix it. Do NOT go to her if you want your hair any lighter unless you want your hair falling out in chunks and then blamed for it. She was the only one who has worked on my hair, and even talking to another client of hers, breakage from Jessica is COMMON. As the salon owner she did not pay or give me any discounts on products or services for botching my hair and has blamed me and ghosted me. This place looks great and has fantastic stylists who really work with you! I've been extremely happy every time I've been there! They have the little perks like things to drink while they make you pretty and lots of great conversation! Shout out to Anna, she's my fave and the only woman who's touched my hair in YEARS!
