Update: They called and explained what really happened. And the reason was understandable. They gave us generous discount and an additional cleaning service. Im satisfied with how they responded. I would definitely do business with them again. Our master bedroom window was broken, they came in to get the measurements. They said that they should get a new one in a week. We waited for a week, and then they came in only to tell us that they got the wrong measurements. And we had to wait for another week for them to order a new ... read more
