The manners and supervisors are always a call away and help you with trainings and everything that’ll make your working experience a fulfilling one
I've been with Carpe Diem in various positions over the course of multiple years. I've felt supported and appreciated in each position by supervisors and fellow coworkers. I feel like this agency is really focused on strength-based approaches with both the foster children and the adults in this field and they are able to take constructive feedback which not many other agency can.
