Excellent communication both with admin staff and Dr Shay. I was made to feel very comfortable with the procedure before starting and checked in on many times. The whole experience was far beyond my expectations and compared to what I was dreading from the open release surgery, I have literally no complaints. I am nearly back to full movement after 1 week and bruising has majorly subsided. Thanks the the team

Dr Shea was fantastic. For months I had unbearable pain, I could not sleep for months before the Opp. I had instant relief. I've had the best sleep since the Opp. Don't waste time going any where else like I did and waste more money. I had an instant result. I am very grateful to Dr Shea. Anyone who has had Carpal Tunnel will know how painful it is. I had it for many months & saw multiple neurologists & neurosurgeons only to be more confused by their various diagnoses. After having a Nerve Conduction Test I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel (I could have saved myself some suffering if I had been aware of this test earlier!).
