When I first got the storage unit, the gate was always open. I could come anytime and access my storage unit but now five months later the gate is randomly closed. No one has contacted me through email or called me to give me a pin or some way to access my unit so now I can’t get in and I have tried several times to reach them yet I cannot get a hold of anyone so that I can get my things out of the unit.
Friendly staff that will make sure you have everything you need for your move. Very acomedating!
I was easy to talk and communicate with the staff
It said they're open I show up and they're closed I just wasted my gas and time
