Probably because you are robbing people. My husband booked this excursion for my 40th birthday, we paid in advance and unfortunately couldn’t make it, to reschedule for another date it would cost 100$ we decided that we couldn’t commit to another date so we were willing to loose our 350$ we paid already, now they sent an email saying they are charging us another 50$ for their inconvenience, we paid you 350$ for nothing. This is a trash company. Don’t book with them.
