Well day one was check in and should have known then to turn and run. As I was checking in there was a police chase thru the hotel lobby ending in suspect being tased in parking lot. Had problems with keycards consistently even avoiding all cc and phones they deactivated. Ice rink was nice. Restaurants were good. Pools were so dirty , play area for kids was nice but very rarely did they have inflatable up. Hotel staff was hit and miss on friendliness. Just left a day early from this terrible hotel!!! Dirty & Stained bloody mattress. I wish I could post pics!! So not waste your time and $ in this hotel!

My family reserved a room in this hotel from 7-2-22 to 7-9-22 at the Ocean City Maryland location. During a time when everyone and everything is still rebounding from covid. The room was absolutely filthy in all regards. A/C unit and filter had caked on dust that clearly wasn't cleaned in ages. Wall by garbage pail was like someone through food at it and missed.
