We hired this company through our management company authorized by HOA board. Did a good job on repairing but that's all I can say. They are to clean our pool on a daily basis or every other day and it is not getting done. Who ever hired the guy to do it needs to find out why it's not being done. A resident at the condominium place has been doing it instead.
I reached out to carousel pools after a friend of mine who serves on the hoa for a community with a swimming pool recommended them to me. Kim was extremely professional and friendly and got a service person dispatched to my home surprisingly quick. The issue with my swimming pool pump was addressed and subsequently I decided to hire them to open my pool for the springtime and service it bi-weekly. I feel proving to be fair and competitive and their staff is super knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend!
