I took 3 baby rabbits because they wanted to buy them. They were in perfect condition. I was walking past the store 2 days later and saw 2 of the rabbits were still there. One was not moving. I picked it up and the little thing was on its death bed. I took them both to the register and told them that I was taking them back home with me because of the condition of the one. horrid store, don't spend your money here. Staff are neglectful and the animals you purchase will only survive a few weeks at best. I have been caring for reptiles for years and every reptile I have purchased from here have died due to illnesses due to neglect from their store. They are extremely disrespectful and will refuse to give you a refund and will belittle you until you give in. Travis and the managers are horrible people and by purchasing from here you are giving money to pet mills and neglectful people only in it f... read more

I’ve been dealing with this store for years. I’ve bought lizards, crabs , birds and other animals from them. They’ve all survived for years! I’ve read some of the reviews that have been written and I think that it’s some people that don’t provide the write conditions for the animals they’ve purchased. Before I’ve bought something I’m not knowledgeable about I’ll ask a lot of questions to make sure that I have the right equipment and habitat for the animals. A suggestion research on what your about to purchase.

I think this amazing pet store you guys are writing bad reviews because your jealous you don't own pet store and you don't have lot of money do not speak any negative again if you want be like the devil then do it somewhere else goodbye

Do you want your fish to all die? Then this is the place to shop, after getting 3 fish for my 5 year old daughter, 24 hours later one died, after they tested the water it was confirmed to be fine, a few days later they developed ich, I quickly treated them. No luck, after it was all said and done the other fish became infected and all died. I would not recommend Carousel Pets.
