Tickets are $3 per ride, or $25 for a 10-punch card. A magical menagerie of 35 rideable, hand-carved animals on a restored 1910 carousel, with music provided by a 1913 Wurlitzer band organ. The carvings were created by Nederland resident Scott Harrison, a former U.S. Marine who came up with the idea of the carousel while serving in the Vietnam War. Such a nice little area. It's a gorgeous tien and this adorable hand crafted fun makes it better! And it's indoor so you can enjoy it any time!
I highly recommend visiting! Such a cute and fun place to check out (: the lady at the register greeted us wearing a butterfly outfit and her smile made the atmosphere welcoming. You can tell why this place is a historical gem that all enjoy 🦋
