I just want to give a shoutout to Carousel Florist in Hillsboro. They have always been great to us, but today they really went above and beyond. My daughter didn’t have any flowers for Homecoming, so we stopped in and asked what they had. They were crazy busy, but they still took the time to put together a beautiful bouquet for her completely from scratch. Our friends young daughter passed away unexpectedly and myself and family sent her an arrangement for the same day delivery and she never received them. I didn’t receive a phone call, email or anything with any type of update. Considering we are in all different parts of the states, it is very frustrating. Unfortunately we ended up having to ask her if she got the flowers because there was no update & she said she had not received them. We’re very disappointed and hoping they make this right.
buying flowers for someone out of state is always risky you really have to put your trust in the florist you choose. This shop did not disappoint!!! I bought my daughter an arrangement, just because I love her. I chose same day delivery. The arrangement was thick, and beautiful, and she absolutely loved it.
