Our friends young daughter passed away unexpectedly and myself and family sent her an arrangement for the same day delivery and she never received them. I didn’t receive a phone call, email or anything with any type of update. Considering we are in all different parts of the states, it is very frustrating. Unfortunately we ended up having to ask her if she got the flowers because there was no update & she said she had not received them. We’re very disappointed and hoping they make this right.

buying flowers for someone out of state is always risky you really have to put your trust in the florist you choose. This shop did not disappoint!!! I bought my daughter an arrangement, just because I love her. I chose same day delivery. The arrangement was thick, and beautiful, and she absolutely loved it. I spoke with Angie the owner and she was telling me they have been in business for 35 years, and strive to make sure her customers are happy!!! And she did just that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot say enough nice things about Carousel Florist. The floral arrangements are always gorgeous. The staff is so talented. knowledgeable, and kind. Amazing teamwork Amongst Angie’s Family and friends. They all pull together around the big holidays to make beautiful things happen.
