I received great customer service and they gave me some great flowers to leave at my brother's grave for his birthday
What I Ordered vs. What I Got – Horrible Experience Completely disappointed. Be aware that they deliver items as is — NO box, NO tissue paper, and they left it sitting on front porch exposed to the elements. This is unacceptable and not what I expected at all. I would not recommend ordering from them.
Unfortunately I have never been there. My friend lives across the way.
