Ugh!! Wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered 7/3 and was to be delivered on 7/21. I have called twice and emailed twice... no response. Although I noticed the money was taken from my account within 3 days of order being placed. I am very frustrated. A friend ordered last year and had no problems at all. I live about 30-45 minutes away. I think I will do a drive there and respond with what I find.

Just like the rest of the reviews ordered product, money was take from account, not Emails or phone answers. Should have read the reviews first

I'm experiencing the same issue as others.. ordered over a month ago and cannot get any updates on my order. No response on voicemails or emails. I'm starting to think this company doesn't exist! I'd be happy to take this review down if someone could please call me back and show some customer service.
