We were in Saint John looking for a dress for my daughter to wear to Grand March with her friend. It wasn't her graduation and we didn't want to spend too much on a dress that wasn't for her own special occasion. We had no luck anywhere else and found Carousel from a Google search. Such a lovely experience, loved every minute of it. The women here are very kind and gracious really know what they’re doing and make you feel so comfortable.!
I brought my daughter to pick out her prom dress. We also brought along her sister. The moment we walked in, the customer service was more than lacking. We booked an appointment and were really looking forward to purchasing a dress from here. The sales associate looked my daughter up and down and measured her. Because my daughter is a bit heavier set, she told us “we only have these five dresses in your size.” Basically a “take it or leave it” attitude towards us the entire time we were there.
