Such a lovely experience, loved every minute of it. The women here are very kind and gracious really know what they’re doing and make you feel so comfortable.!
I brought my daughter to pick out her prom dress. We also brought along her sister. The moment we walked in, the customer service was more than lacking. We booked an appointment and were really looking forward to purchasing a dress from here. The sales associate looked my daughter up and down and measured her. Because my daughter is a bit heavier set, she told us “we only have these five dresses in your size.” Basically a “take it or leave it” attitude towards us the entire time we were there. If you want a non-pushy, relax experience, I recommend this place. They give you the time to try on the dresses, leave you space to process it all, are there to make suggestions but not to change your mind. This has been a memorable prom dress shopping experience for my sweatpants/baggy shirt/ball cap princess. It was the same amazing service a few years back with one of my other daughters. Thank you Carousel!!
