Extremely satisfied. The timeframe was accurate, and the repair looks completely original—I couldn’t find a single flaw, no matter how hard I tried. I was very nervous going in, but they guaranteed my satisfaction and ultimately delivered well beyond my expectations. Shops in this area rarely meet even my bare minimum standards; this was the first automotive facility that did—and then exceeded them. I won’t hesitate to do business with them again or recommend them to others.
I went into fix my jammed window. They said it was a broken window motor and so I needed a new one. I wanted to just price check. When they closed it back up, my window worked, and so they charged $170. It stopped working the very next day, it stopped working. I asked can they just charge me just for the part and not labor because you charged me for labor that didn't even fix my car (and you didn't tell me the price and I didn't approve their labor) and they said okay.
