We purchased an 1890 Victorian house in Lancaster and did many upgrades to include having a new propane furnace and Vermont Castings propane fireplace installed. The fireplace was never right after the local heating company installed it, as it sooted up and coated the outside wall with soot. Caron‘s was excellent! They immediately recognized and corrected the problem. Caron’s is the best!
I want to say I am pleased with the service provided today by Caron’s Stove Shop, service is punctual, professional, after the chimney sweep the area was thoroughly cleaned, certainly will recommend this business establishment to friends.

Bought our pellet stove three years ago from Caron’s. This past season it was running loud. Mentioned this when our annual service appointment was made. Dave assured me the tech would have what he needed if there was a problem. Sure enough our fabulous tech, Ken, quickly figured it out and fixed it. The stove is running perfectly. Quality of product AND service is major. Caron’s totally gets it. Very happy. �
Caron's was able to fix a problem on a gas fireplace which was installed and been problematic since day 1. I spent well over 1k paying 3 different companies to "fix" it getting only bills from them and no fix. Caron's saved the day diagnosing the problem on their first trip, ordering parts and actually repairing it shortly after. I highly recommend Caron's.
