I came in with my daughter who is just barely 18. She had a staff infection. They would not let me back with her. A very grouchy male nurse rudely told me after triage he would let me back. My daughter was texting me the entire time wanting me to be with her. I finally went to the window and asked what was going on. I was told I had no need to go back as she's getting discharged. I found the reception person unfriendly but not rude. My daughter said everyone was rude and grouchy except the doctor.

My sister was there yesterday with horrible ear pain. She was told that her ear looked perfectly normal and no infection. She then went to a hospital where she was told she has a ruptured eardrum and an infection. If you value your health don’t come to St Raphael’s. There may be little to no wait times here but they don’t care for your health.

Dr Flo, RN Debbie, RN Kaleb, the front desk, & security were all amazing! Was in a room within 5 minutes of walking in. Felt very heard and taken care of. You guys made a bad scenario much better and eliminated my fear. Thank you so much ☺️
