Appointments are set for a reason and that should be for time management, to benefit not just the clinic but the customer in this case patient. Its ridiculous to have an appointment at 2:15pm and not be seen til 4pm. It's amazing how the service not all but most clinics in Nogales provide or lack of in this case and unfortunately we patients dont hold this Drs or NPs accountable as a paying customer. I am in the hospital with a relative who is sick of covid. We have been waiting for an hour and half for the doctor to show up. This place should be demolished. We need better health care here in Nogales. The lack of help and care is incredible. The nurse had said the doctor will be here in about 15 minutes. Its been almost 2 hours now.

Doctors seem to have to push patients through quickly. Everyone is nice but I am always wondering if they could miss something because they don’t get to really talk to the patient and ask questions. Seems like a good team of health care workers though.
