Incredible brownies!! They even freeze well !! The gooey butter cake is the best I have ever had.

Try the elephant ears My friend and I stopped here on a whim to try to find a birthday cake for her mother. This was a last minute idea and we arrived about 20 minutes before they closed. We got the cheesecake - the old fashioned kind - but not dry as so many other old fashioned cheesecakes can be, gooey butter cake, cookies and some elephant ears. Just wonderful We decided to get our cake at this bakery due to the wonderful customer service recieved and great tasting cakes. We stopped in and were greeting kindly by the owner. She sat down with us and took a full 2 hours to go over every detail of our cake. She was so patient with my neediness! hah. The samples were delicious... my favorite is the yellow cake! Wedding Cake The cake that we ordered for my wedding was fabulous. We brought a picture of a cake that I wanted from a magazine and they produced an exact replica. We requested almond flavoring and the cake was delicious.
Classic look, Amazing taste This is the perfect place for those who appreciate quality in taste and a classic, elegant look. The family owned business bakes the cakes from scratch (yes- eggs, sugar, flour) rather than using those cake mixes that so many places do now... The owner bakes your cake to order and his wife ices it to your specifications. Every detail is handled by the owners of the bakery and their service and responsiveness is impeccable. Excellent wedding cake...so glad that we found this bakery! I was extremely pleased with our wedding cake from Carondelet Bakery. It looked beautiful and tasted great. We ordered the lemon cake with lemon buttercream icing and it was delicious! After many appointments at other local bakeries we found that this bakery didn't have lots of extra charges like other bakeries and the price was still very reasonable.
