This review is overdue. Steve did some remodeling work over a year ago. and I should have posted sooner but as they say it's never too late. Steve does a tremendous job. Very fair in his estimates and he is extremely detailed and communicates the process perfectly. He is very hard working, shows up when he say's he will and does what he say's he will do. Let me say up front, I'm not a friend or family member writing a review. I had never met Steve Raymond until he worked for me. It might also be helpful to know that my wife and I are orderly and detail oriented. Steve has now done three projects for me. Based on my experience several things stand out. Steve is friendly and he communicates. He doesn't leave you hanging. He responds to phone calls and texts. He shows up when he says he will. Steve tries to give you what you want. So happy with the work Steve did replacing rotten siding on my home. He was the only person I spoke to who planned to actually fix the root cause of the problem so it wouldn't happen again as well as replacing the rotten siding. His estimate was reasonable and he did a beautiful job. He helped me feel involved in the process by keeping me updated on the progress and explaining things every step of the way. Steve replaced a door from the garage to the kitchen that was destroyed from previous owners. He is very detail oriented and gave us a wealth of information to make informed decisions about where to buy from, what kind of molding we would want (because what we had was not easy to match, etc...), and he didn't make assumptions about what our preferences would be for anything. It is very obvious that he takes pride in his work. We have a future project that we definitely want him back for.
