I got in touch with Caron Heating & Cooling via the web form. I had received a response within the hour and made an appointment for furnace maintenance shortly after. I watched Liam work so I could understand the furnace we had taken over in our new home. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and explained the impact of the important parts and practices to maximize the life of the unit. We also did AC service same day. Liam was absolutely great! Such a knowledgeable individual and a great person.
My AC broke in the middle of the night and during this heat wave, so I sent an email hoping to get service the following day. He responded to that email at the crack of dawn offering me service the same morning. His technician was very nice and professional and fixed my AC unit within the hour. Every other company I had called were offering help 2 business days later. I was very impressed with the service I received from this company.
The only company I dealt with beside enercare and the quality, service cost and knowledge here at Caron, superior; On all level: On time, cost efficient and knowledgeable: it's hard to find honest companies. And I respect a company that do business honestly, Furnace maintenance - done: I know who to call for my AC and furnace going forward, and whom I will refer to family and friends. Liam is a solid tech - an asset at Caron. 5 star.
